Should'nt take too much time, in Photoshop use the rectangle tool to create a rectangle and double click the layer to add an embess or stroke and maybe a gradient overlay to make it look cool. |

Rian wrote: Pretty cool drawing man. I think you should draw the menu text and buttons too. I placed my UI here in a attempt to aquire opinions of my current UI that is in design and I got that from Rian, Nean and Broojo and Gaiken (sort of) Nean wrote: Learn to integrate the text into the picture. Perhaps using some buttons there would help rather than plain text. I'm not talking VB6 IDE buttons either, I'm talking DX rendered. Then it'd fit in. And suggestions as to improve my current UI at workBroojo02 wrote: Should'nt take too much time, in Photoshop use the rectangle tool to create a rectangle and double click the layer to add an embess or stroke and maybe a gradient overlay to make it look cool. For Creative Suggestions for easy upgrades and better looking designs for later so back on topic, Coke wrote: You are the anti-GUI. <- Whats this?Take this how you want, is it a way of saying it's not something you would jump at? This is something I liked I'm not particularly a fan of "Retro" looks, so if that is what you are suggesting. I'm not going to chang my UI for that case, it's not worth my time because I don't think I'm going to be re-designing my UI "3000" times over, no offense |
