Who's the man to talk to around here about MySQL? I want a module to create a default database, and use that database to store information about the game. I also need to it collect information and use that to connect to the database similar to the way a phpBB forum connects (address, user name, password, and table is all you need) I'm willing to program it myself but I would need guidance. I have 0% experience in the MySQL field. |

Ok... If I wanted to write a module to access a MySQL database, is there a component or DLL I can add to give VB the built-in functions? |

VB6 Reference: Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects 2.* Library 3.0.7 uses 2.7, so you could use that as a reference. |

And that 2.7 is what? The MySQL version? |
