What environments can you code C in so you can code C easier. Like for Instants VB has the environment with all tool bars on side with buttons, text boxes etc

For example - Eclipse C/C++. I would like to suggest you this one because it's nice.
I wasn't doing with one for C but for Java and it has friendly enviroment.

(and by the way, it's for free)

I admit I clicked. I immediately closed upon realizing there was, in fact, no free money.

Visual Studio or Dev C++.

Visual Studio is the Best, Dev C++ is the Simplest and Codeblocks is just a Pain in the ass, even though i use it.

Code::blocks is my favorite.

My friend says Eclipse has debugger problems; I have only used it for Java.
