Jeez, he makes a reasonable suggestion that even you lot know is true, yet jump on him?
What difference would it make if he optimized it, like many here already have, it probably wont become the main source now will it? |

I remember doing that for a Game ages ago, but it was for grass clumps (Zelda like) I lost the source agggges ago so cant rip it sorry. But I do think that I did it by copying the door/key tile but setting it to open when it was attacked rather then when stepping on a key open tile if that helps at ... |

You'd need to add a new tile property with tileset number and new direct x surfaces to load the new tileset
Then when blting the map, when checking the coords for the tile you need to draw, just check the tileset number as well |

I remember having them files when I touched 303 a while ago, They were totally useless, I think they were just there ready for an update or something, You could safely delete them since vb doesn't need them |

You could always use 'On error Goto blahblah' couldn't you?
Then just use :BlahBlah If err.Number = dx error number Use the System memory
I cant remember how the err.Number thing works, but I know it exists, it lets you read last error number
Error handling's the key |

That shouldnt happen Advocate lol More work should mean more lag lmao But then again you are an odd one
You could try adding something like dirty Rectangles or something, that would defiantly make a difference |

Yeap, it stores it Your able to change how long the chest stays open for before closing, you can also set flag that would allow a player to open a chest multiple times I think there's also an option to reset the chest when you edit it so the player can reopen it one more time if they've already open... |

because 1) I've explained it 2)It also does the chest blting 3)It allows you to put three items in it 4) I have no idea why else, this is really really old. So old Robin found it in his backups lol Oh, It also deals with player movement, It blocks players and needs to deal with player input, such as... |

Not really a fix, and not even properly fixed anyways but good enough :) Player Warp Tiles Especially for Advocate :) At the moment, the way player movement is currently handled is, the server moves the player onto the next tile, then tells the client that the player has moved at which point the cli... |

Since this isn't up, I'll repost this aswell Directional Blocking (My way) Difficulty 3/5 Ok, this tutorial will allow each tile to have its own Blocking rules so there’s no need for TILE_TYPE_BLOCK (Although it will still be there if you want it). On Map Editor, a new option will be added to allo... |

Thats what I tend to do, but for ms, I don't think its worth the hassle unless its a final release perfected kinda thing. I don't really notice much difference for it on my computer anyway |

yes but that will only work within a single program Kuja, I think if you want to do that, you have to find out hwnd and all that malarke for the window you want to set in focus so you can do that (Just guessing, that what you need when you want to rearrange window Zorder) I don't know code for setti... |
